Vinegar, oil, herbs and spices come together to infuse so much flavor into chicken. Try and it and you'll see - it's so worth a couple of extra minutes....

3 days ago • 1 min readHi Reader! This is one of those things where you say “just a taste," and then keep going back for more, and more, and more... It’s creamy, cheesy, and really hard to walk away from. I love it with crackers (Ritz or saltines are perfect), but it also makes a truly elite grilled cheese sandwich (messy, but worth it!). If you've never tried pimento cheese, consider this your sign. If you're already a pimento cheese fan, I'd love for you to try mine and let me know what you think! Get The Recipe

READ POSTA Simple, Bright Dinner
15 days ago • 1 min readHi Reader! There are nights when I want something that doesn’t feel heavy, but I still want it to taste like an actual dinner. This cod piccata is quick and simple. The lemon and capers keep it bright, and the butter smooths everything out. And cod has the perfect mild flavor to let those big flavors shine. It's great with a simple green salad (my arugula salad is always my go-to) or a simple pasta. Get The Recipe
