Garlic butter sheet pan gnocchi with broccoli and chicken.

Crispy Garlic Butter Gnocchi

Hi Reader! I've been creating a lot of sheet pan dinners lately, and this garlic butter gnocchi couldn't be much easier. Everything goes on the sheet pan at the same time, roasts, and gets drenched in an easy garlic butter sauce before serving. You're going to love it! Strawberry sauce on top of waffles, fresh strawberries scattered around.

Your Pancakes Are Missing THIS

Hi Reader! My daughter loves making this strawberry sauce, and I love it when she does, because it's one of my favorite things. The kids love it spooned onto pancakes, waffles, and ice cream, and I love it piled on top of oatmeal or yogurt. If I'm being honest, I'd totally eat this out of a bowl with a spoon, no oatmeal or yogurt needed. Bonus: It works great with fresh or frozen strawberries! Get The Recipe Hit reply and let me know what you'd spoon this over!

Bang bang chicken in a bowl with fresh vegetables and rice.

From Bland to Bang! 💥

Hi Reader! As I promised last week, here is a recipe for bang bang chicken using my irresistible bang bang sauce! It's a riff on my famous chicken bites (which I make pretty much weekly), but they're tossed in a spicy sweet sauce that I know you'll love. I love eating these on a rice bowl with tons of veggies, but they're honestly great on their own! Get The Recipe Hit reply and let me know what you'd serve these with - I'm always looking for great new ideas!

Hi Reader! Happy Friday! It was another delicious week on Rachel Cooks, and once again "summer" is written all over these recipes! I made the honey butter skillet corn again on Memorial Day and it was a huge hit! Honey Butter Skillet Corn This honey butter skillet corn is similar to creamed corn, but extra delicious thanks to the addition of honey, which brings out the natural sweetness of the corn. This is an easy side dish the whole family will love! Click For The Full Recipe! Lemon...

Sweet-Heat Bliss: Meet Your New Go-To Sauce

Hi Reader! Bang bang sauce - fun to say and so delicious! It's the perfect combination of creamy, spicy, and sweet. The sauce has its origin in China as a street food in Sichuan, but bang bang sauce has been made popular in the United States at Bonefish Grill restaurant, with their Bang Bang Shrimp. I love making rice bowls with a variety of toppings, and this sauce is absolutely perfect for those. Get The Recipe Hit reply and let me know what you'd use this sauce on! And stay tuned - we have...

Cottage cheese smoothie in a glass with orange straw, peaches and bananas in background.

High-Protein Smoothie

Hi Reader! I'm constantly trying to add more protein to my diet and I love "sneaky" ways like adding cottage cheese to a smoothie. It makes it super creamy, and each serving has ten grams of protein! It's a great post-workout snack or mid-day pick me up. And you can make it with any type of fruit you want! I used bananas and peaches. Get The Recipe Hit reply and let me know what kind of fruit would you put in yours!

New When Life Gives You Lemons, Add Blueberries & Flip

Hi Reader! Every summer, we do a week at a lake house with my extended family. Before the week starts, my parents go blueberry picking and bring pounds and pounds of blueberries for us all to enjoy. (Yes, I'm very spoiled and have the best parents ever.) Most of the year, I'm not that interested in blueberries, but summertime Michigan blueberries are practically a completely different fruit. They're so good. While there isn't anything better than in-season fresh berries, these pancakes work...
