A Fresh Take on Sheet Pan Salmon

Hi Reader! I love lemon with seafood as much as the next person (I'll never turn down this lemon salmon with dill!), but every once in a while it's fun to change things up. That's what I love about this sheet pan dinner. It still has everything I'm looking for on a busy night (protein, vegetables, one pan, easy cleanup), but the orange and ginger give it a completely different feel. Oranges aren't quite as tangy as lemons, and go perfectly with the salmon. Soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger...

Farmstand Jackpot 🌽 🍅 🥒

Hi Reader! We have a farmstand right down the road from us and I feel so lucky to be able to drive two minutes and pick up an array of fresh fruits and vegetables. Everyone always asks me if I have a garden and I say no - because I have a black thumb, and because I have my favorite farmstand! In this email I'm sharing some of my "farmstand favorites" - recipes using zucchini, corn, or tomatoes. All of which are plentiful in the summer! Of course, this is just a select few recipes, and there...

I hope you love the recipes this week. Pro tip - make the pimento cheese and spread it onto bread and grill it up. It's the best grilled cheese ever. New! Pimento Cheese Click For The Full Recipe!...

Grilled chicken that has seasonings on it from an Italian chicken marinade.

Worth The Extra Two Minutes

Hi Reader! Why make your own Italian chicken marinade? Why not buy a bottle of dressing or a packet of dried dressing mix? I can hear you all thinking that. Take it from me (and you all know how much I like easy cooking), making your own marinade is seriously easy and just so much better. I bet you have everything you need on hand already! Vinegar, oil, herbs and spices come together to infuse so much flavor into chicken. Try and it and you'll see - it's so worth a couple of extra minutes....

Pimento cheese with a buttery cracker dipped into it.

Just One More Bite....

Hi Reader! This is one of those things where you say “just a taste," and then keep going back for more, and more, and more... It’s creamy, cheesy, and really hard to walk away from. I love it with crackers (Ritz or saltines are perfect), but it also makes a truly elite grilled cheese sandwich (messy, but worth it!). If you've never tried pimento cheese, consider this your sign. If you're already a pimento cheese fan, I'd love for you to try mine and let me know what you think! Get The Recipe

Elote flatbread with corn, cotija cheese, cut into triangles.

Elote, but make it flatbread.

Hi Reader! If you love mexican street corn, you're going to really love this flatbread. Crispy naan, creamy chili lime saucce, charred corn, and salty cheese. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (You'd totally catch me throwing a fried egg on top for breakfast!). Get The Recipe

Whipped ricotta topped with thyme and honey, with a piece of toasted bread dipped into it.

Possibly The Easiest App, Ever.

Hi Reader! This whipped ricotta is what I make when I want something that looks impressive but takes almost no effort. If you need an easy appetizer that still feels a little special, this is it. Blend, spread, drizzle—done. It really couldn't be easier. It's great served with crisp crostini, but it also makes a yummy fruit or vegetable dip! Get The Recipe
