2 Ways to Enjoy this Classic Dressing

Okay so I realize it's St. Patrick's Day and I'm sending out a recipe for Greek salad dressing. We're just going to go with it, okay?

Now that we have that out of the way, I really am excited to share this recipe. I think it's super cool and unique, because I give you two ways to make it - a more traditional vinaigrette and then a blended version. The blended version stays emulsified much longer, making it perfect for entertaining because people can add their own dressing without having to worry about shaking it every 15 seconds.

As always, they're both super easy to make.
