All the Enchilada Flavor, None of the Rolling

Hi Reader!

Imagine enchiladas but without the task of rolling tortillas. Imagine tender chicken, flavorful sauce, beans, and lots of creamy cheese. The tortillas soften into the sauce adding perfect flavor and texture. It's a weeknight win for sure.

I was a little surprised by how much I loved this one during testing - I couldn't get enough of it!
