High-Protein Smoothie
Hi Reader! I'm constantly trying to add more protein to my diet and I love "sneaky" ways like adding cottage cheese to a smoothie. It makes it super creamy, and each serving has ten grams of protein! It's a great post-workout snack or mid-day pick me up. And you can make it with any type of fruit you want! I used bananas and peaches.
