I’ve spent 15 years developing recipes, and I’ve found that sometimes the best dinners are the ones that remind you of being a kid.

This Creamy Beef and Shells is my from-scratch version of Hamburger Helper Cheesy Italian Shells. But there are no mystery seasoning packets here - just simple pantry staples, ground beef, and a lot of cheese.
