MAY - is there even time to cook???

Hi Reader!

Whew! May is a busy month, especially if you have school-aged children. But even if you don't, it seems like there are always a million things to do. I have an entire category of 30 minute recipes, but in this email I'm sharing a few of my favorites for the busiest days!

Baked Salmon with Maple Mustard Glaze

Always one of my go-to recipes. There aren't many things my whole family likes, but my whole family likes this salmon.

Big Mac Salad

Fun and full of flavor, much of this salad can be prepped ahead. It's also great because each person can add the toppings they like.

Ground Turkey Soup

The easiest soup recipe, made with mostly pantry items.

Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Honey and garlic is such a great combo. If pork chops are on sale, pick some up for this easy dinner!

Pizza Quesadilla

The ultimate easy dinner, and always a hit.

Shakshuka

Breakfast for dinner, but make it fancy-feeling. This is an easy meal and it's perfect served with some crusty bread.

Chicken Bites

Another Gurk Family favorite! My daughter puts them on nachos, I toss them on salads, and my son dips them in honey.

Egg Roll in a Bowl

Packed with flavor and nutrition, but yet so easy to make.
