Hi Reader! This BBQ rub takes about five minutes to mix up, but it makes a huge difference on the pork, chicken, and fish. Brown sugar caramelizes with the meat to create a perfect crust, while smoky paprika, chili powder, and garlic bring tons of flavor. I love to keep a jar of this on hand for ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and so much more. It's perfect in those "oh no what am I making for dinner?" moments. I just throw this on some chicken, stick it in the air fryer, and dinner is done!
