Hi Reader!
This week I'm sharing four new recipes with you and they feel very spring-like! Well, except for the soup. But I live in Michigan, where one day it's spring and the next day there's a frost advisory.
The soup is also great for meal prep - I love making a pot of it and eating it all week. It's vegan and still boasts 21g of protein (although I do love adding smoked sausage to it).
