If ribs feel overwhelming, you're going to love this recipe for oven baked ribs. It's my go-to rib method because it’s mostly hands-off. No grill, and no babysitting. The oven does the work and they turn out great every time. After they're done baking, brush them with bbq sauce and then briefly broil them to get that caramelized crust!
