Pasta…Without the Annoying Parts


Hi Reader!

This is the pasta I make when I do not feel like making pasta. No boiling water, no draining, no extra pots. You don't even have to wrestle long noodles onto your fork. Everything goes into one pan and the orzo cooks right in the oven. It comes out cheesy, perfectly cooked, and very scoopable. I love that it's part casserole, part pasta dish.
