The Dinner I Make When I Didn’t Plan Dinner


Hi Reader!

This is my go-to when I have no plan for dinner. I just use whatever vegetables I need to use up, add tofu, make the super quick and easy honey garlic sauce, and call it dinner. It's so good, and there isn't a piece of soggy tofu in sight.

It's perfect as is (I love this combination of veggies), but if you happen to have something else on hand, the sauce works great with a wide variety of vegetables.
