One time I asked the people who follow Rachel Cooks on Facebook if macaroni and cheese belonged on the Thanksgiving table. I was curious...curious about different peoples' traditions and menus. Well, apparently "belonged" was a poor choice of words.

People were mad that I would even talk about what does or doesn't belong on anyone's Thanksgiving table. And they were not shy about telling me! Look, I really, truly, honestly could not possibly care less what you do or don't eat for Thanksgiving. (I mean, it would be super cool if you made all Rachel Cooks recipes, though.)

Want chili cheese dogs? Chinese take-out? Turkey stuffed with three different types of poultry? GO FOR IT.

I was just curious if people liked to serve mac and cheese on Thanksgiving. The traffic to my site says they do, and I don't think mac and cheese is a bad idea ANY time of year, so I wanted to share this recipe for the EASIEST mac and cheese ever just in case you want to make it for Thanksgiving (or any other day).
